Return and Exchange Policy

At Parkside, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In accordance with European consumer rights legislation, you may return or exchange purchased products within a specified period, under the conditions outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

2. Conditions for Returns

The right to return can only be exercised if:

• The product is intact, undamaged, and has not been used

• The product is returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts

• The indicated time limits are respected

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons

• Products customized at the customer’s specific request

• Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly

4. Exchange Procedure

Exchanges are possible within 30 days from receipt of the order, provided that the product meets the integrity requirements stated above. Exchanges may involve size, color, or equivalent items, depending on availability.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified. The refund will be issued within a reasonable time and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

6. Return Costs

Unless otherwise specified, the direct costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, return costs will be borne by the seller.
